Because we have received the unpredictably large number of paper abstract submissions, we will have much more participants in IVRJ 2018 than we initially expected. For this reason, we are afraid that only presenters and their accompanying persons are invited to make the conference registration. Also, we regret that we cannot issue any invitation letter for accompanying person even if he/she needs it to acquire visa.
The deadline of registration is the 30th of April, 11:59 pm at Japan Standard Time.
Registration Form
Registration fee will cover participation in all sessions, printed conference program, two lunches, reception, gala dinner, and coffee breaks. At the time of conference registration, all participants including presenters and non-presenters will be requested to pay the following fee by credit card.
- Regular fee: JPY 15,000 *1 *2
- Student fee: JPY 5,000 *1 *3
*1 JPY 1,000 reduction for members of IVR Japan.
*2 JPY 5,000 reduction for researchers coming from Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
*3 The fee of JPY 5,000 only applies to the graduate student who would make a presentation in general session or panel. The student who would like to attend the conference as an accompanying person of the accepted presenter is requested to pay the regular fee, JPY 15,000.
JPY 15,000 is approximately equivalent to USD 140 and EUR 115.
